As from mid-May, exhibitors will be able to handle many administrative aspects of their participation online using the secure platform.

Initially

• Consult the Exhibitor File
• Check, adjust or supplement catalogue data
• Download documents for mandatory submission

Later also

• Register new products or machines for the Agribex 2025 Selection of Novelties.
• Use the Brussels Expo webshop to order utilities, furniture, etc. (as from early September)

And as from mid-October:

• Place orders for all types of tickets (invitations, reduction cards, multi-day tickets, additional subscriptions, Professional Day Tickets, etc.).

In order to give you access to your personal space on the secure platform, an e-mail with login and password will be sent in early May to the person named in the registration form as stand manager. This person may transfer this right to a colleague but please note: only one login is possible per company.
